    What you will need for two cups of coffee:

    • 30 grams of freshly roasted and freshly ground coffee (medium-fine grind)
    • Pour over device (e.g. Hario v60, Kalita Wave, Chemex)
    • 600 grams of filtered water
    • A paper filter
    • Goose-neck kettle
    • A gram scale
