What you will need for two cups of coffee:
Boil water and pour about 100 grams of water into the empty filter to remove any paper taste. Dump water from the carafe, return device to carafe, and add ground coffee to the filter.
Tare the scale weight to 0 grams then, click "Start Timer" below, and pour 60 grams of hot water onto the grounds and stop. Wait until the timer hits 0 seconds. (Top right corner)
Pour the rest of the 40% of the water. Stop pouring at 200 grams.
Pour another 100 grams of water until the scale reaches 300 grams and stop. Wait for timer to complete.
Pour another 100 grams of water until the scale reaches 400 grams and stop. Wait for timer to complete.
Pour the last 100 grams of water until the scale reaches 500 grams and stop. Wait until the coffee finishes dripping (another 30 - 45 seconds).
Pour your coffee into your favorite mug and enjoy!
